Guys since u all have supplements and stuff, im new here and my aim is to build up a beach body, toned up. Im about 60kg and 173cm tall.. just want to ask what kind of supplements i should take? i am currently taking vitamin Ex2 daily, bio zinc which has zinc and vitamin A once a day, proflavanolx2 and poly C x1 daily... (mum just told me to take it) i think its both vitamin C

i just done a little research about whey and creatine...

creatine - increases muscle mass as well as 'availability so that you can perform more reps and sets and lift more weight' bodybuilding.com

must whey be taken 10 mins after creatine? where did you find that from? as far as i know creatine is a pre-workout supplement and whey protein is a post-workout supplement

hehe yes im currently living there, and i bought it already, bought that along with a shaker and vitamin E and i got 2 free ready to go protein shakes worth 5 dollars each.. the taste of the vanilla gets abit 'jelak' sometimes, is it okay to mix it with milo and make it like a hot drink?

i picked vanilla because there was only 2 flavours chocolate and vanilla, i have tried chocolate before from my friends place and i got real jelak after i finished it.. the vanilla is still okay, just that was my 1st time shaking it and added too much water and it didnt taste great... and besides i think vanilla can be mixed with alot of different stuff and get more variety

Bro i have totally no idea but there are online aussie websites u can check the products can be bought online. the shops here are usually around 10 dollars more expensive than the online shops so you can estimate... hope that helps =D

ive been posting here for days and i havent posted any of my stash =) daily vitamins also allowed rite? and btw when consuming my whey, when i shake it with skim milk, after 30 seconds theres heaps of froth and its nothing but air, is there anyway i could mix it well with milk and not let most of it turn to froth?

tried stirring it today didnt work well, end up shaking it and just drinking the froth.. havent been to gym almost a week already.. 1st day arms sore and rest 2 days, then went badminton with dad, legs sore rest 2 days, now 5th day, sigh wonder if i go gym again my arms will sore again or not lol..

i think using water is disgusting, my 1st time doing it, i was like ewww so tasteless but sweet, used milk tastes more like milkshake =)

darklight im an ecto too and i just started about a month ago and im currently taking a weight gainer with whey+carbo and watching my diet, ie no mcdonalds and fatty food + no alcohol.. and going to the gym of course.. will be good if you could give some recipes on some natural mass gainer whatever u just said =D

thx for the recipes mate, i was seriously shocked when i saw the tuna.. reminded me of the movie the game plan when he broke 2 raw eggs into his shake.. just a question, how does it taste when cheese is added? it looks rather out of place.. cuz im the kind of person who is picky on taste

i dont suggest taking ur whey or whatever with water as it taste bland and really sweet, just yucky.. take it with skim milk or low fat milk... just my 2 cents

well i guess it keeps the drink cold and nice as it will get hot really fast when ur holding it and stuff...

btw my brother bought be creatine for my bday today =D i was like omggg thats what i wanted next lol... any suggestions on how i should take it and how often? and it's taken pre-workout yeah? correct me if im wrong
