Hmm currently Im taking only ON 100% and Phamarton.
I go to gym after work from 6pm - 8 pm.
But the problem is everytime I do workout, my energy gone very fast.
On last for 30 minutes, then no energy at all.
Any supplements that is proven and very good at increase your energy and stamina level.
I was thinking is it because of low of testorene hormone level?
Is it ok if I take something to increase my testorene hormone level?

Guys, is it possible that our body can lack FAT BURNING AGENT?
So, we need to eat supplements to make our FAT BURNING AGENT more effective?

Correct me if I'm wrong.

owh im also easily got blistered... even when using sports shoes... is Biotin relevant/good?

Biotin good for hair and skin.

I have frontal hairloss as well.

So far, pretty good results.

What it did to the blister made me decide to continue using it.



My hair progress.

I add minoxidil (Kirkland - May 2011) and finasteride (Proscar - August 2009) as well.

The CLA is really interesting. but since i'm bulking. can't really see the results. CLA results shd be easier to see when cutting.

The rest of the stuff is quite standard, and i'm sue u guys taking also.

Biotin for 08 days now.

For my hairloss; together with Rogaine foam which am using for 2 months and 10 days now.

Biotin side effects (SE)...I would say...both my palms feels funny...like weirdly smooth...like there's a layer on it.
Unlike normally after we washed our hands with soap, it feels rough.

I am uncomfy with the SE though.


First time I bought this exact brand was back in 2011 and it cured the peeled skin on my foot.

im using API fatburner ( 2 week now ) not only for fat burning also give u ton of energy n stamina ... i workout 2 - 3 hour but still not tired ... hahaha ... u shud try it rm 55 per bottle ( 120 tablets ) no side effect cuz API using herbal ingredient ... if u want u can order online ... the problem is this product always sold out ... so many ppl buy and imported from USA ... hope this will help u ... thumbup.gif ... u can search it at lelong.com ...
