ops is can - typo sorry.

i got mine ONs 10lbs from ebay for... 140+ i think include the postage. Very satisfied. Ebay in aussie are better.

hehe, i lost 3 kg when i get sick for 2 days and cant eat anything other than porridge but my muscle shrink and bcomes really ugly ><.

nah, wat i mean is doing some adjustment on ur diet and not exceeding the average calories intake and having proper exercises. DIET doesnt mean not to eat anything, else u will going to have ugly and small muscle as well like abeng. tongue.gif

but when u get sick, there is owas some food restriction... so how can i manage tat? any suggestion ?

hey ppl, i have a quest here, any lactose free whey that u guys can suggest? i m currently taking ONS choco iso whey and it is not very pleasant after taking it, i get bloated and lots of "gas". My ONS gona finish so gona get a lactose free whey. any good suggestion??

been taking Ergopharm GF pro for few weeks now, the taste i could say is great for fruity flavour, smell great on my raspberry and desolve well. nice stuff. Planning to get Mass meal from them too, just to cover up some of the mid meal during working time wink.gif

hehe i havent try it out with oat meal yet, since fruit juice + oat meal sounds a lil weird but since it is recommended, i gona try it tmr hehe.
