i got my first tub of whey at that price too... GNC price is always inflated anyway... you could have saved at least 50 bucks if you buy from those selling at the forum garage sales.. just go look around.

ON serious mass is most economical.. lol... you can get it cheap for a 5kg bag but maybe they contain alot of crap

anyhow taste wise better go for cytogainer... taste much better than ON...

somehow i find serious mass chocolate flavour taste like shit in cold water but taste much better in warm water.. -.-

yup, ON gainers are not good at all in their taste department.. but their whey protein taste is ok la, palatable.. lol.. biggrin.gif but i must admit CN taste the best after i gave the sample a shot.. smile.gif

so far for cytogainer i have only tried their peppermint choc flavour.. so far the best gainer by taste i have ever tried.. at least i dont have to struggle to finish every serving unlike my first gainer by nutralife... LOL worst gainer ever...

nope... at some pharmacy near my hometown... i got it at a very dirt cheap price last time, about 60 per 1kg tub but the taste can make me vomit out my lunch smile.gif so i have to sip it slowly.. lol

i went from 50 to 57 in 3 months (newbie gains rclxms.gif ) of course i gained some fats but i dont care as long as it makes me look meatier in da mirror tongue.gif

you can save a whole lot by cooking up your own snacks.. wake up earlier and get your meals packed and bring them to work in a big ass bag, like me.. lol.. need protein for snack? no problem go oven-grill that chicken breast (grill like 3 or 4 of them for your snacks) need carbs? no problem, go cook your red/brown rice the day before, store them and all you need to do is re-heat!, cannot live without greens for snack? no problem, there are so many greens out there you can eat raw and easy to prepare just fricking chop them.... complaining your snack tastes like shit? no problem... there is always tabasco hot sauce yum yum... biggrin.gif

this is how i take my oil, fill some olive oil (extra virgin) into a small container and bring them with you.... fish oil? just pack some caps with you... dont like both? go eat oily fish like salmon
