Recently Versa make mistake by credit campaign bonus to my account, twice which i thought is from my referral reward. I didn't know it until i realize my balance is less rm20 than it should be after i add up the profit it show. After email to them, they explain it was from their mistake. The issue is they did not notify me in the first place, and if they can simply give and take the money in my account without my authorization, what stopping them to take one cent without me noticing? I'm thinking to withdraw all my money as I have trust and confidence issue in Versa.

this is quite scary, they should not withdraw our money without our knowledge
i suggest you make an official report to bank negara on this matter

yea even if their mistake, they should notify me so i didn't panic and wasting my time to figure out my missing balance. the credit campaign bonus or whatever promo they have look like a scam to me

You really dont get the point. I don't mind their bonus reward but since it is appear in my balance, it get me confuse where the missing balance goes to. If the credit have recorded in transaction why the debit not appear right away when they take it back? All I want transparency.

Don't bother to refer people with Versa. I referred few friends during year end, all managed to sign up successfully with my referral code and bought PRS. But no rewards is credited. When I ask CS, they said "referral is unsuccessful". What kind of nonsense is this? What is considered successful referral?

Yup, Cash is higher than Cash-i. Withdrawal-wise, Cash-i is on the same day, whereas Cash is T+1.
