Net return rate is not same as EAR, their calculation are not same that why I have doubt about this.

None. As long as the funds all invest in Malaysia market, you can forget about it.

For me Prs must be able to match EPF returns at least. If cannot match, no point.

Can. If you choose the correct fund. Eg. Principal prs Asia Pacific was outperforming EPF all these years until covid and emperor xi.

That's why now I switch to the only US focused fund 30% US is better than nothing.

Once they intro like full US fund, I will transfer my PRS there.

u should consider pulling out if it's straight forward. u can definitely earn more elsewhere.

for other platforms to withdraw without penalty, i know can only withdraw for housing or medical purposes from account b, and need to furnish multiple documents to do so.

so if can do it with a click of a button, i will topup and withdraw instantly while taking the tax relief

Just got announcement that Versa is given 12% on Versa Cash (for December) when you join Versa PRS with minimum RM3000 deposit.

Basically, It’s even better now! You get 6% for October and November 2023, and 12% for December 2023!

How do they categorize the first 5,000 users?

Makes me wonder, if there is even any allocation left.

For the 12.12 PRS Promo, the first 5k user is starting from October or December, meaning 5k for the whole campaign or 5k (until Nov) + 5k (separate allocation for Dec)? Starting from December, user would no longer get 6% p.a. for 90 days but only 12% p.a. for December, right? What about those who invested 3k PRS in November? 6% in November, 12% in December, 6% in January 2024? Or no more for January?

Under Versa PRS, the amount RM3000 deposited has no deduction of the PRS fees. Are those fees waived by Versa ?
