At stock, unlimited powaaaa is 87C hahaha not too bad. Around 5c hotter than 3600 with the same case and 120aio. Guess i'll be focusing on the ram instead. shall wait for 240 aio only consider ocing the multiplier.

Now still very unstable cuz i just simply loaded the same ram setting from my previous 10400F. But looks like i just dapao gamernexus's 5950x@4.7 benchmark in F1 hmm.gif

iinm at stock 10600k runs at 4.8Ghz all core with unlimited power right? you can tune the voltage more so it'll run cooler too. the default voltage requested bu the cpu is always so high haha

Nah, i rather increase the clock speed. But if i run prime95 small fft avx it thermal throttle with 200w draw. But that's worse case scenario. Loop cinebench r20 is 82C. Maybe i got a unit with weak imc. Needs 1.35/1.3 sa/io to run at 4133c18 memtest stable, high sa io also cause the chip to run slightly hotter.

I think it deteriorate faster than other good paste.
I got one dried up like a rock on my CPU and got my Ryzen plugged out from the socket when I try to remove the heatsink.
I heard it performs better below 80c so now I'm only using it on my GPU because it will crashed anyway if hotter than 75C... and the chip can't be detached... rolleyes.gif

cheaper one really stick to CPU at room temperature, you have to power up and run some benchmark before pulling the heatsink off.
Those looks like toothpaste one will become rock hard, grey colored one has higher viscosity and less prone to stick to CPU.

because only high spec got more ram and bigger ssd storage.

and most companies don't purchase "build-your-own" spec laptop.

Owell if deteriorated then let it be haha. Although janji temp in check then nothing to worry. got it for RM700 only anyways which I got most of it back from selling my old ram and the 10400F.

although i will really miss 10400F's low voltage. 10600K maxed power and 4133c18 ram OC and ring multiplier 46 idles around 36C, game around 60C and R20 around 80C in a 32C room. 10400F was 34C, 50C, 67C with the same scenario.

But browsing and music listening, the 10600K still sips like 7-9W hnghhhhhh

Yeah. Retuned already. Just need a bump in sa/io. As of now, already passed 4 hours of memtest. Should be stable enough already.

Sadly my 120aio cannot handle 200w. Immediately hit 98C and throttle. So i didnt even touch any OC on the 10600K lolol. But gaming and even rendering like R20, it doesnt go all the way 200w like prime95. Stays around 160w which is a nice 80C in R20 loop. Gaming is around 60C.. when i put vsync then it goes down to 50c

But my vccsa and io need to put 1.35/1.3v To keep 4133c18 stable. Is this normal? The ram oc also generated quite a significant power and heat demand. Current setting is memtest 8 pass stable.

sa/io/cache max is like under 10w.. so...

as for voltages etc. ram timings, board , bios, ram chipset and cpu lottery .. so whatever works bro.
