guys what happen if my bill are overdue? will it deduct my credit limit or suspend my service at the first month? what about the next month if i didn't pay the first month? how does that work?

Yes, the marketing staffs will contact u. Unlike some says by filling the online form, ur order will be confirmed. The meaning of “order confirmed” means order for marketing team to call u. The marketing team still need to confirm the package you interested and to get your voice recording as to accept the terms of subscription.

Btw, I found this in myunifi app today, after my upgrade fulfilled last Sunday.

So instead of let the cs bs u, it’s best to talk to the marketing folks directly. By right the cs shld be instructed to route the request to the marketing team instead of acting as “firewall”.

did not get any notification/sms, I only noticed after opening myunifi and my plan name has changed

make sure you reboot your modem and router

Finally my UniFi TV is one year old since I changed my package from Aneka+Ruby to Ultimate only since both also RM 60. (I cannot cancel Aneka earlier and had to pay RM 30+30, might as well change to Ultimate for RM 60.) Yes, my plan is weird, I used to have two packages.

I am not sure if they will allow me to downgrade to only Ruby - RM 30 so I can cut down my monthly from 129 to 99. I asked for few years and they said, they can do for me but will reduce the discount for Internet, so eventually I will still pay RM 129.

I also received promo to add Mesh which I didn't accept though.

Myself live chat with cs on thurs morning, Friday before noon marketing folks called me. Tht was whn the number of request way lower compared to now... but no sure the TAT for those submitted the online request.

1.Download a software call "Pingplotter" and install it.
2.Start the software and type the server IP address and start traceroute.
3.wait for few mins and click the menu- Edit > Copy as Image or Text.
4.Email to help@tm.com.my and attach traceroute information and type a short text about the issue and occurs time. (better attach your unifi account number, Name and phone number)
5.Last submit email and you will receive a automatic replies from the unifi help email.

And wait for weekdays,they will replies you some crap and tell you blablabla. Normally this will temporary fix when they do some small optimize to the connection.
But weeks later the problem will come back again. And u need to report again and again,and when you report the same issue again better attach the previous report ID.
Maybe u report for few times they will find a better way to solve the issue.
(I can guarantee you next few months the problem will come back again,their network is totally congested even within Malaysia Network also got packet loss problem)

So if you dont want to waste time and waste health,just get a vpn and 95% problem gone.
U see even last year that ubisoft issue,all users report and they also not believe they have problem with it,only when famous people shoot them and hot news,then they will fix it.
Most unifi customer service do not know what problem,they just tell u not their problem...
So like this better save yourself,Unifi will not be a good ISP until they try to fix their routing problem.

Hey guys, wanna ask ya...
If terminate unifi within contract, I'll have to pay the rest of the month conbined right?
But if somehow I can tranfser ownership to someone else, just pay for the transfer fees?
Cause TNB is planting poles behind my house now, City broadband avaliable for installation within 9 months. But my unifi still got at least 20 months more to go...
