Sometimes disable ipv6 become fast connection, someone enable ipv6 become fast connection. Try it out.

That's the problem, you are not getting individual IPv6 because of double NAT of your router.
So, you are sharing the same IPv4 with your co-worker, and Google blocked it sadly.

Either you are PPPoE to UniFi with your own account on your router, or you need to fix by getting IPv6 works, like not using your own router by plugging into LAN port, disable DHCP and get IPv6 allocation from your office's router.

For me, I will try to connect direct to office's router first, see can get IPv6 or not.
If you can't get any IPv6 allocation from office's router, then it means the end, only PPPoE direct connect by your router or finding out the bot in your office helps.

Else, VPN there is.

IPv6 DNS likely to send people to wrong server(IP address) that is running on another side of country, specially when SG are too closed to us.

Much less chance with IPv4 DNS, but still can happen, during Streamyx area I faced lot of time getting Google IP address from Google MY instead of TMNet peer server, and getting throttling to 480kbps for all Google services....

Well, my colleague also got that offers with the price remaining at RM129 b4 SST.
This is the current retention plan for those 100mbps contract ended users.

Google issues, not related to any DNS, Google can choose which server provided to you, just like Twitch that fixed by pushing sin01 and sin04 to MY customer.

My 100mbps Unifi account contract already ended. Tried asking TM CS for free upgrade to 300mbps plan for the same price, he offer me the upgrade at RM159.
Maxis salesperson contacted me to sign up to get 300mbps at RM149 and get 6months free. Time to change ISP.

Latest update on submarine cable break.
Recovery date extended to April(Maybe need wait until May) due to cable break on near Malaysia side.
2 more months...And dont know when the time fix maybe another cable break coming again...

How to check contract remaining period? Few years back I recalled we can easily check through app. Now they have over-simplified the app for only showing basic info on account detail sighh!!

Not interested in upgrading my speed... just to reduce bills. Currently on 100mbps RM128. Plan to get RM99 for da same speed....if lucky enough laaa...
