Two International Undersea Cables APG, IA Have Been Repaired
Looks like APG submarine cable fixed. (but looks like routing not optimized yet?)
And AAG also will be fix soon. Hopefully this will fix all crap problem that occurs for last 2 months+...

Really cable under water again? Every night only slow.

it sounds like you are frustrated of the cable being under water. are you expecting the cable to be above water?

Already 2month issue.
So just wait for 2 more weeks should be resolve.
But i think next few days should better a lot,since the APG is fixed now.

this cable have nothing to do with TM or NTT SG submarine cable

and is only affected Vietnam side

in my case, I had to explain the promo to them lol.

anyway, better go to tm point (not tm authorized dealer) than waiting for tm call that might never come. chat cannot do anything.

after that depends on your luck/skill. hopefully can get it hassle-free. maybe they will say not eligible and end of story, or at least will send request to hq and wait for approval.

if you read older posts, some no contract/loyal users also cannot get it while some still under contract got it easily.

else, check other isp promo

For twitch issue is on TM ingress traffic has been changed for another route from the previous 1 caused current issue.

i've found out if i watch on 480p it doesn't lag. at least it's still watchable. LOL

anyone here facing google search not working (error 403)

this is my office unifi google search not working

if i go straight to the website eg:facebook.com/ netflix.com can access the webpage. however, when i search facebook / netflix in google search or search bar. come out error 403

at home unifi search is working

celcom mobile data search is working

even after i reboot the router change back default dns in router also same google search error 403.

please help

So you’re saying Google Search is totally not working for you or only when you search Facebook/Netflix?

Guys anyone facing this issue

My parents unifi were having problems not able to load finish shopee and lazada for many months. Refresh many times still got this incomplete "page".
Lodge complaint twice and unifi team came down to diagnose. They were unable to fix as the team said its routing problem, need to raise to their technical department which I tried but in the end, didnt solve the problem.
Luckily contract finish, now they are on maxis fiber. Everything smooth for now.

So this is routing issue? I just disabled Ipv6 and it can load now 🙃. I will monitor about this issue then. Thanks ya....

Your Office IP getting ban by Google, someone doing illegal like bot spamming on Google.
If your IP are dynamic IP, then find it out which device do it, and fix it.

Lazada don't enable IPv6, all on IPv4, and got 2 server, one on MY, one on SG.

If you disable IPv6 and fixed, it means your IPv6 DNS are bringing you to wrong location, like Thailand, or SG.

The thing is I am using my own router and I just enabled both Ipv4 and Ipv6 so that I no need to face any connection issue but guess I was wrong 🥲

Thats what the technicians claimed. But I forgot to check if its ipv6 prob.
