I just receive call from TM to upgrade my 30mbps to 300mbps + mesh w/o box rm159.
I can use my own devices to access the HyppTV.

RM 159 - 300mbps + mesh , no UnifiplayTV ID
RM 169 - 300mbps + mesh + UnifiplayTV ID (Aneka+, Ruby+, Varnam+)

After few weeks call 100 and try to request for RM159 plan.
No Unifi Playtv ID but you can use the app to register and watch basic channel.

this bloody technician pulled out my fiber and yet not plug it back although i told him he messed up my internet connection.
very sure it is him cause my internet was fine, but out of sudden LOS blinking red and this guy was behind.

anything i can do to file a complain or make unifi come faster to fix it? EMCO tomorrow

Got email to upgrade from unifi lite aka streamyx to unifi fiber (from 8mbps to 300mbps) at my area (rural).

Should I take the upgrade or stick to current package? Asking because the price jump (from 80 to 199), is the connection reliable?

Anybody upgraded to 300mbps recently? The Unifi installer came today to my house but they just brought with them the ZTE modem. I asked about new router and mesh, but they said they had been asked to bring the ZTE modem only.

What exactly the package that should come with 300 mbps?

Mine is 300 mbps at RM159. So hardware wise, I should be getting new modem, router and 2 units of M4 Tp-link mesh, right?

Just going TM Point on friday , get offer 300mbps with maintain my unifi STB & Plus Box at RM159 .... Without Mesh wifi (if add mesh RM169)

300mbps with mesh for RM159 is a good deal. Not many got the call.

Oh, they now offers this to everyone now? That's good. Last I heard if call 100 the offers will be RM159 without Mesh.

Didn't know TM will also give you RM159 package including Mesh, that's news to me.

Not sure if everyone experienced the same but I have recently change my 2nd router (TM C1200 which was set with assigned IP as access point) with another proper TPLink Access Point.

Since then, I felt the internet speed is more stable (maybe placebo effect) but the best thing is some website (eg prawnhub) is able to be accessed despite changing DNS previously. Perhaps it is a coincidence, perhaps not.

TLDR - do not use TM issued router at all means

Just now TM chat told me to do also then change my pin too.

Now after pin key in, if switch out and back again, the channel ask for pin again. TM CS escalate my issue to check further.

No issue to watch in TM White Box but unifi TV 1.2.16 on my Nvidia Shield TV and Playtv@unifi 1.3.13 from mobile phone.
