Update: failed to cancel unifi tv due to excuse being bundle package (that technically started on 2016 due to being offered by tm sales rep)

When i ask about the faq, the agent said is for add on only (e.g 30m or 100m user with ultimate add on can cancel the tv add on after 12months contract for tv add on.) Cannot do anything if is bundle in the whole subscription

Why I see someone with RM159 but 800M??

I received an SMS from TM and said they detected some issued with my internet this morning and got their technical team to rectify for me. Turns out the fiber cable got bitten by civet cat 🤦🏻

I am unable to connect to my UniFi Home fiber at home via PPTP and IPSec VPN from outside since today. It was working fine yesterday.
I also received SMS about the service may be affected by network maintenance between 1am and 5am early morning today.
Contacted Unifi chat and they reset port for me. Then asked me to turn off modem and router for 30 seconds.
After back up, the VPN is still not connected. The traffic never reach my router.

There are some Unifi users who got free upgraded to double speed during the BN era with a price below RM200 up to 100mbps. In the PH era, unifi users can upgrade for free with double the speed on the TURBO program up to 800mbps for the same price.

That's why some users pay under RM200 for a 500mbps or 800mbps plan.

All my Mikrotik NAT receive nothing (zero byte / packet), like sitting behind one firewall No VPNs, no web (HTTP & HTTPS) and some other custom port for my hobby.

Dang I need this to be operational.

And the given IP stuck with 115.135.x.y Multiple reboot still same.

Tried to login unifi website to pay bill..... unable to since last night. Now got error

The UniFi Mobile 'upgrade' plague creeping into UniFi fibre?

Last time my 100M RM189, more expensive than yours then got Turbo upgrade to 800M then minus RM30 cos remove Ruby pack bcos already got Ultimate pack.

I just checked. I can connect to my L2TP server in another house running on Mikrotik also. Kajang to PJ, Unifi to Unifi.

Tried with Maxis 4G to Unifi, also ok.

Hmmm maybe because of that scheduled maintenance (2am - 5am today) and that public IP range?

Something not right. I've been using this setup for years. Zero issue.

I also don't know why my new mikrotik router cant get Unifi ipv6 prefix...

Mine 300Mbps (RM159.00) No TV package, Only internet. + Free Mesh Wi-Fi Deco m4. With that price, is it ok?
