If installer also get that speed, which should mean the problem is on their end, he should solve the problem for you.

Well if you're sure it works that way you may file a dispute / complaint with TM or even Royal Malaysian Customs Department

But their FAQ did state device sales has no ST so which is which rclxub.gif  sweat.gif
*
yes that is how sst work.

if no sst then it should be correct., becoz some1 above told me to add sst on top of the device sales which based on my understanding is something not right.

i will update again once i got the device.

Those installer take $$ for installations, then throw problem to other team. LOL

what did they put at the description of the charges for ur m4?

the sst can be avoided if they itemized it correctly.

My package is exactly same as urs, RM159 for 800 mbps + ultimate package. so i guess it will be the same for me.

when i get my first bill i will try to complain to mcmc for charging me sst of the m9 purchase. even if it is little but at least there is something. lol

That is correct. There's a 800 RM149 but he moved to TIME. And I think there's also a 800 RM139 but without Ultimate? Can't remember now.

Sneaky TM, they put in "Service Detail", on the next line after "unifi pro 800Mbps" as "VAS 1 - Mesh WiFi Deco M4".

VAS = Value added service? So they are treating the Deco as a service. Hmm.

Well, the line item for my 800Mbps is RM349 discount RM250 = RM99.

In theory, I should be able to, and others have already done so, reduce it a further RM30 by changing Ultimate (RM60) to say, Ruby pack (RM30). However I actually watch HyppTV so it's fine.

Actually I did try changing my Ultimate to Ruby via Chat, was told they can do so but the discount will also be reduced

Yeah, CS told me the same thing too... I wanted to reduce from RM 129 to 99... I'm still thinking to take the risk or not since nobody is watching the UniFi TV anyway. Sometimes CS can be misinforming its customers.
