still nothing from shopee preorder XD

J&T is fastest courier in my experience for Klang Valley. They even deliver on sundays

I think the PO with full pay with Sony center are unit secure on the first batch

because when I line up at IOI city mall they only give 60unit for PO with full payment only. Then they announced sold out and not taking any 2nd batch PO after they give out 60 PO order.

So now just pending to confirm pick up time only

agree, J&T is best in my area, delivered on weekends and public holidays.

same. J&T last time I ordered a few coffee stuff from some seller in Kedah. I paid in morning, he sent out, I got it the next day in the morning.

However I went to their old town sorting center to self pick up something uhmm very very messy there haha.

IT Hypermarket says that I can pick it up on the 12th onwards. Probably due to 11th being a public holiday.

I called their customer service.
Good to know that SenQ use a better courier, hope they able to ship earlier and don't let us down.

I message them in FB online, they didn't even reply to my order enquiry at all. As usual, straight send me their feedback link and I gave them all poor. LOL

Their customer service been really patient to your impatient friend man....
Ppl really so kan cheong for it meh....

Their ticketing/csr system stupid one.

You message them they ask you to pick options etc, after pick already there is no queue notification or anything, you just wait.

5 hours later someone replies, they don't give you chance to see the message first or anything, they reply on FB they expect you to be around at all times waiting for their response.. If after 5 minutes no response, they will close the ticket. Seriously, quite stupid.

Later I will try give them a call and see,have you called them?

Seeing my friend getting soon, hope ours one will be received too.

.. just last week they delivered one item to my house.. the fella didn't even bother to call, thought nobody was at home at that time.. and simply threw the parcel inside the car porch.. the wife noticed the parcel when picking up another item which was delivered by ABX..

again.. it all depends.. just sharing
