I think it really depends on the delivery guy behaviour, for my area poslaju the worst, tracking update no people at home and left a notice but actually left nothing. Don't know of they really come or not because my parents at home all the time.

My poslaju area is really bad also. Got people at home, but just because they beep beep beep on their motorcycle , people cannot hear, they sometimes assume no one at home and just leave card and leave.

Another time throw a package onto parking lot. My wife nearly drove over the package XD ...


To be fair, I've encountered or heard from close friends bad stories about each courier also.

True that. My area's Poslaju is stil the most reliable. so there is that hehe

I actually had very good experience with Gdex, Poslaju and J&T in my area.
All delivery guy I met were really friendly and don't just throw my things into my garage when I'm not home.
They even call me up and ask is it ok to pass it to my neighbour on a few occasions when I'm not around.
Only issue is Poslaju might take up a week to deliver something from KL to Johor.
Gdex and J&T normally need 1-3 days.
