Same. However if you check their different statuses after processing is shipping and then after that delivered.. so maybe don't have that much different statuses kwar their system.


If they push into 2nd batch.. I will complain cos i didn't PO for "2nd batch" ... Sony fb page replied me and told me that, no sellers supposed to take 2nd batch PO.. if anything send them my receipt etc and they will escalate the issue.

haha my friend got me back into MH , just bought iceborne at discount and currently slogging it through the guiding lands and tyring to get fatalis also. Yeah I'm also excited to play it 4k 60fps. You can sometimes see the game go into a higher frame rate when you are near the monster and it fills up the screen obscuring a lot of elements ..

haha yeah.. maybe all those direct Sony one, suddenly got stock but initially cancelled one is.. Sony cut stock from the non first party retailers lol

i laugh but as someone whom only managed to get from Senq I is sad..


So sien on shopee sony store i checked out already.. but the stupid payment page hang T_T

It's annoying for sure, but that 'onwards' give those of use whom ordered from places like senq some hope haha .. they use the word onwards a lot also.

same. J&T last time I ordered a few coffee stuff from some seller in Kedah. I paid in morning, he sent out, I got it the next day in the morning.

However I went to their old town sorting center to self pick up something uhmm very very messy there haha.

Their ticketing/csr system stupid one.

You message them they ask you to pick options etc, after pick already there is no queue notification or anything, you just wait.

5 hours later someone replies, they don't give you chance to see the message first or anything, they reply on FB they expect you to be around at all times waiting for their response.. If after 5 minutes no response, they will close the ticket. Seriously, quite stupid.

My poslaju area is really bad also. Got people at home, but just because they beep beep beep on their motorcycle , people cannot hear, they sometimes assume no one at home and just leave card and leave.

Another time throw a package onto parking lot. My wife nearly drove over the package XD ...


To be fair, I've encountered or heard from close friends bad stories about each courier also.

i wonder if opted for postage one owuld be "faster" ? as they don't have to move from warehouse to individual showrooms .. they just send out straight from warehouse..

I will follow up with a message on FB and while waiting for them to reply on FB, will call them haha.. see if the info corroborates between the two parties..

The problem is the inconsistent messages from one person to another.

We've seen one that says calling customer service , the CSR said "We might ship it out by this week if we get it early"

Then someone on I assume the chat app says "Should be sometime mid of the month they will get stock" (i think this one makes sense most.. as this week got public holiday and such and I assume most of their warehouse/logistics not working on weekends)

Then today I get back the same answer basically from a week ago haha.

I just talked to another CSR on phone this time.

She said that, on DEC 11 Sony will provide stock to them and then on that day itself or the following day, they will ship to people whom order for delivery from warehouse and also ship to the showrooms.

I asked her 3 times.. "So you confirm that you guys will get stock from Sony on Dec 11 ?" and she said "Yes."

So I don't know man.. hbahaha

Thought about this, but honestly i think it's my age (going to be 40 next year) .. I don't have the patience or the stamina to line up with a bunch of people and getting annoyed when the guy behind me stand too close or didn't wash his clothes properly and it stinks like wet dog haha..

So decided this console release to just snipe online if got.


Still remember when ps4 launch, was waiting outside GH for almost 2-3 hours (their stock late arrive).. So many kaypoh aunty types ask us got what special thing that people lining up for.. and the guy behind me whom smell like wet dog cos I guess he didn't dry his t-shirt properly.

Hahaha yes ! I was in the front a bit so all the aunty uncle keep asking us why we line up... they scared lose out if got free stuff or promo lol
