.. just last week they delivered one item to my house.. the fella didn't even bother to call, thought nobody was at home at that time.. and simply threw the parcel inside the car porch.. the wife noticed the parcel when picking up another item which was delivered by ABX..

Im confused about this as well, wondering if the ultimate edition include the free next gen upgrade or not.

Yesterday I tried to download the ultimate edition trial via ea access, the trial doesnt include the nxt gen upgrade.

There’s also another 10 hours trial for Fifa 20 Nxt Lvl edition on ea access, where it came with the graphics upgrade. Which makes me super confusing if the nxt gen upgrade feature only available for Nxt Lvl edition.

When Sony Malaysia send my PS5, it comes with a paper instruction to register the warranty here.
After I key in the 7 digit serial number it immediately recognise it is a PS5, and display the full model number on screen.
Did the same for my 2nd dualsense, both PS5 and the dualsense received the additional 3 months warranty.

I guess both website works.

The dual sense that comes with the console is bind with the warranty of the console.

As for the additional dual sense that not coming with the console, I thought the warranty is only one year. So it can extend 3 months as well?
