I guess Self Pickup and Delivery status are different. I check both my laptop and from my phone, the date is exactly like what I shared. 2020-12-11 Ready to Ship status. Mine I chose home delivery.

Same here, never appeared as well in mine 🤦‍♂️ then I bought the plusone membership, that one is in the system and displayed under tax invoice.

I find it weird that how come they didn't update my PS5 order in the Sen Heng app. It is pretty ridiculous. They have all the information they need.

Yup, all empty LOL but at least there is some progress. If you see my screenshot, I think my unit is stored at their Pandamaran warehouse/branch as I am from Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
