I contacted SenQ customer service just now, if you opt for delivery, they will use J&T courier services, and if stock arrive earlier, they might ship out earlier than 11 Dec, don't know how true is that, that's all they can tell.

I sent SenQ FB message again last night, tell them Sony and other resellers already shipped out, why they so slow, no reply yet. Hope a little push and pressure can expedite their process

So looks like SenQ didn't deliver or let customer collect a single unit on the launch date. This type of company doesn't deserve any allocation from Sony
