Tried to login via app and it says my profile is inactive, followed the link to reactivate it and unsuccessful, it says "Customer is not enrolled in MB". I wonder what MB means. Banks should stop using abbreviations which only they can understand... sweat.gif

I have been logging it pretty frequently using the app. Tried logging in via dekstop browser page and faced the same error. Gotta call CS then, really hope I don't need to visit their branch just for this...

yes some bank apps/website need login once every month to avoid locked by system
i will login thru all the bank every 1st of the month and every 6 months make one txn in and out to avoid dormant

logging in got transaction? if no transaction for 364 days, you will need to go bank i think. let us know, i went to bank to uplift my FD coz cant login after a year without transaction.

Very terrible service
Before affinalways i have register online banking with my credit card to check statement.

After launch affinalways, they blocked and require me to visit branch register again to get TAC.
However, with the ref no i still failed to register
I revisit again , the staff only help me cancel the old ID.
When i proceed to register again, it still failed.
Same issue

Hmm. I will probably have a transaction once in a year because I have CASA with them for my mom’s safe deposit box. Every year they will auto deduct an amount from my CASA for the annual rental fees. I will also transfer some excess out to other bank.

That’s bad. Hope it will be sorted out. I don’t have such issue though, I can use both online banking and app.

Currently facing the same issue. I always log in via app, what a hassle when they reset this access! So unnecessary.

Just got the same issue on their mobile app. I just login yesterday! Now it says profile needs reactivation. When trying to reactivate on their website, it says user not enrolled in Mb. Will be calling them tomorrow…

I guess a lot of users impacted

anyone having issue with cashback crediting? this month my cashback is out.. spent ~RM1700 on online, shopeepay, boost, autodebit, all posted 1 week b4 statement date, spending pattern same as previous months.. but, this month only get RM34++ casshback... CS try to check which transaction(s) not eligible, but, still unable to find, need to lodge report to check further.. wonder is it their system having cashback calculation issue..

What's your previous statement amount? More than 3k ?

34/0.03 = 1133.33~ check which transactions sum up to this amount.

do note that max cb for ewallet is RM30 only.

Update: I think i found the culprit.. it is autodebit for my Nirvana payment.. it seem they didnt pay cashback for this autodebit.. Have been getting cashback for the past years.. suddenly this month dont get.. check the transaction date is same as previous month, impossible Nirvana trigger payment manually..

Same! My auto debit for nirvana didn't get cashback. I made a report but until now no one got back to me. Did u report?

what's the full description of the nirvana autodebit?

also ask them the mcc and your card type


fyi, there was announcement for islamic card... whether relevant to your case or not, ask affin to reconfirm

Affin duo is islamic card? but the annoucnement was in Jan25, my previous month autodebit with Nirvana all eligible for cb, only Apr25 statement month don have..
