last week i did, the person told me the relevant department haven't get back to them, just ask me to wait for someone to call or email

Affin duo is islamic card? but the annoucnement was in Jan25, my previous month autodebit with Nirvana all eligible for cb, only Apr25 statement month don have..

There are 2 version. Affin DUO which is conventional, and Affin DUO-i which is Islamic.

Islamic card normally excludes funeral services and crematorium from cb, eg Maybank Ikhwan, Bank Islam.

Yeah, better check with Affin.

dont expect announcement == effective

anyhow, since your card conventional, it could be other reason. let bank check and revert.

i have both duo and duo+ ..applied at the same time

i only activated both visa's for cashback

Just got my Duo+ cards yesterday and activated only the Visa as per sifus advice here.
For the first time use of the Visa, is there a requirement to enter PIN or can straightaway wave it (contactless)?

diff bank may do differently

you can try contactless first, see if it goes thru

else, just purposely spend very small-ish amount with pin (eg pump petrol tiny bit/cancel immediately, snacks at 7E smile.gif)

Affin responded and said the transactions submitted by the Acquiring Bank is not classified as online. e-commerce, or recurring transactions categories. Look like Nirvana there is having issue on autodebit and they manual recharge to our card?

MOTO transactions

if initial payment done from online, then can be setup as recurring payment (system)

usually nirvana payment is done at their site office; they manual process the payment as MOTO and setup manual standing instruction.
