are u existing customer? for the form u submitted to branch and did biometric verification? the officer that handle my application sent me a pdf form that strike out all other options except pick up from branch....

i might call cs next week. after i submit my interest thru affinonline portal, some sales manager from a branch ocntact me via whatsapp... this sales manager told me must go ocllect at branch. dont like.
