For those registered for Affin Online, do you immediately see both credit cards in internet banking? I just activate the cards and activate internet banking today but I can't find both cards in the Affin Online. I was told the cards will appear in Affin Online tomorrow. Not sure how true is this....

Any idea what's the limit? I searched this thread, only one person mentioned 3 swipes and prompted for PIN. Is the limit 3 swipes then?

I'm existing Affin card customer. If I want to apply for additional card, is applying online better than going through agent/branch in terms of application speed and delivery?

What's the conversion rate for Affin Rewards Points, ie equivalent to how many % cash back?

I did pay TNB using TNB apps last Feb and got the cashback

Would like to know why I'm getting cashback of RM50 instead of RM80 since i spend 3084 from 22 Feb-21 Mar? Statement date is every 22 of the month.

is the cashback given based on statement cycle or calendar month? if i count my spend from 22 Feb to 19 Mar, total spend is 3084 but the total spend from 1 Mar to 19 Mar is 2634 (before minusing rebate of 50) . still a bit confused how the cashback is calculated.

All these transactions you made can get Cashback? Any min spent amount to be entitled to Cashback for eg like PBB QMC?

Had fraud transaction late last week as well. Still waiting for the new card. Very troublesome as need to resetup all the auto debit again

Got a call from bank and ask me not to pay for the fraud transaction in the coming card statement. Just got new card with new number and CVV today
