happened to me once, managed to get waiver. but troublesome as they need you to settle statement balance first (at least min amt) before granting waiver.

It's very annoying. kinda sitting there, worry it will affect the cashback later. ARGHHH. also i absent mindedly paid for the disputed amount, because the +- was too weird that i forgot to calculate. luckily amount not big. but still annoying.

Keep getting this error when change password, the password already meet requirement.

mine end sept early oct, still not clear.
somemore they start to credit me back some money for the late charges, which is nowhere near what they charge me. making it much more messy.
what's more messy is, suddenly try login online portal, tell me i never register OTP, need to go branch, i still have not time.

I'm now basically blind.

Hi All,

I would like to double confirm on the SST payment, January 2024 is the renewal and SST charges and upon receiving the statement, I had requested for card cancellation at the branch. There's no any other transaction or usage 1 month before SST charged and also the SST charged.

Am I still require to pay the SST before the cancellation?

Now they have charged me for late payment + interest in February 2024 statement even though cancellation submission was done 3-4 weeks ago

the AFFIN took 2 months to review/reject ......
no miracle .

Called CS, managed to get CS reactivated back for me. Luckily, no visit to the branch is required.
CS advised to login once every month on the desktop browser page and app. Oh well.
