I applied via web and I think within a week the Affin bank person called me to email her the required docs. And then I was informed the CC will be mailed to the nearest branch because I need to do finger thumb print to collect because I didnt do it when I apply now as the agent cannot come to my house and collect thumb print due to CMCO. Then I ask her will it be faster if I walk into the branch and apply since anyhow I still need to visit their branch once. Then she replied not really because she was from CC department and branch will submit the form to them also. So I just pass her the docs and 1 week now, still waiting..

means i need to swipe 12x on Affin visa card and 12x on affin mastercard

or

i swipe 12x either visa or mastercard

each card

new cards are having 3 years waiver already

can cancel the mastercard after apply or dont want activate the mastercard?
since i need the 3% visa only, can save me rm25 sst
i know 1st year rm25 for 2 cards, how about 2nd year onwards. if no activate mastercard since day1....

Yes...I've received few rounds SMS es per cycle for past few months.
Even received call once when it's not even due date!
Caller said..."oh just friendly reminder ..don't want you to pay high interest in case you overlook payment"

If cannot cancel the MasterCard, so mean can only enjoy 3 years free of charge on this card and in the 4th year need think how to swipe the MasterCard 12x per year at retail shop.
