I didn't submit anything to staff. He took machine to insert my IC and extracted my EPF statement.
*
You mean there is an EPF machine in the branch and he printed your actual epf statement? Or those machine credit card agents have at roadshows to see your contribution for the past few months?

I applied thru Eform this morning. Got a call few hours later from local branch to go over the branch to verify n submit documents. Up to now , it is fast and efficient.
Was told by the officer that my form will b submitted to HQ this thursday as they have “24 hours approval campaign” on that day.
Let s see how.

I tot the previous posts said an agent will find the applicant? Your is bank staff call you and ask you to go to nearest branch?

My Duo approved 11/9/20
No sight of cards which were supposed to mail to home address.
today, just saja asked branch if my cards are there.
Lo and behold! The cards were received by branch on 17/9/20 but somehow I didn't get any notification from branch.

So, for those whose card are still MIA ..maybe just try checking with the branch

Did you select a secondary option to send to branch when signing up?

Or just submit the document will do?
*
The bank staff will fill in the physical form based on your eform then bring for you to sign.

Looks like a very good deal.
Thinking to get the cash on call (CIP) for 10k for 6 mths (0% interest), then put into OCBC 360 or SCB PsA, 6 mths installment with free interest

Possible guys?

"maximum transfer amount capped at RM15,000 or shall not exceed 80% of available credit limit/facility limit, whichever is lower".
Does that mean if your credit limit for the affin card is 10k, you can only take CIP of RM 8k?

// Each cardmember can apply maximum transfer amount capped at RM15,000 or shall not exceed 80% of available credit limit/facility limit, whichever is lower. //

depends on your available CL

if you utilized 80% of your available CL for BT, of course CIP will be 80% (max RM15k) of the remaining 20% CL balance (after BT approved).

Balance transfer would increase the credit limit by transferring the balance from other banks right? not decrease it?????

so there are a mixed of feedbacks on changing statement dates for affin cards. I called CS just now for CIP and change statement date.

I called last Friday, the CS didnt let me change statement date. I called again, this CS very nicely help me change. According to her, 14, 16, 22 are the only available dates. so, for those who failed the 1st time, dont give up and try again. i didnt want to scold the CS the first time, but it's a reflection of Affin CS training la.

Mine was 22nd, it just screws up all my other scheduling with other cards. so i had to change it. just dislike end of month statement date. 14 is somewhat tolerable.

The original statement date is the one on the letter with the card right?
