I applied via web and I think within a week the Affin bank person called me to email her the required docs. And then I was informed the CC will be mailed to the nearest branch because I need to do finger thumb print to collect because I didnt do it when I apply now as the agent cannot come to my house and collect thumb print due to CMCO. Then I ask her will it be faster if I walk into the branch and apply since anyhow I still need to visit their branch once. Then she replied not really because she was from CC department and branch will submit the form to them also. So I just pass her the docs and 1 week now, still waiting..

I applied Affin duo CC via web around 15-16 Oct. Then on 22 Oct an agent Whatsapp me and ask me submit the application to her. I did so on the same day. Until this week I ask the agent again, the agent said approved on 20 Nov, pending the card send to branch. It has been 2 weeks now and I did not get any phone call or SMS regarding this, is this normal? Such slow process.

Thanks, finally got it. The branch said got call me once but I no pickup, then no more follow up. Until i call them again..
