Agent said submitted on 2/9 but no rejection sms / record not appear at ccris yet

oh gawd, is it. i been hearing the same message since last friday. But when talk to cs, they say cannot find my record ask me to wait 14 days then only lodge report :x

wow, ytd i got the officer contact from 1 of the forumer here. The staff come get my signature at night and keyin in system this morning.

After lunch time check ,already approved. So efficient compared to the agent way (Agent say submitted on 2/9 but as of 9/9 still not in IVR)

Claim from Affin bank and ask to provide last 4 digit NRIC no for verification.

edit: Call Affin cc hotline and confirm that its a valid number from the bank side to verify if the trx is genuine. Scary to receive such call in middle of the night lol

I receive same reply initially when i call and try to change the statement date.
When i question the cs saying "most of the bank allow change statement date, you confirm cannot change for affin bank?"
Then she say that she will confirm with her superior and after that allow me changing the statement date. However, only 2 date allowed to change (14 / 22).

Not sure if others encounter the same (only 2 date allow changed to)

went to branch open BSA + setup online banking. Officer didnt question much on the account opening and done within 30 min.

i activated both affin duo cards, immediately cashback on SST post to the mastercard.

i think is the bank side call to confirm if you had perform certain trx? Got called by this no as well after i reload BP.

why not since its CIP(BT hard to withdraw out the money and put in saving, need actual spend) and free money
