Haiya. My credit card submitted to nearest branch on 12 Oct. Until now still no appear in CCRIS yet.
Was told due to Affin HQ quarantine. 3 weeks already is it normal?

Then i continued to talk to “real” customer service person, out of surprise, the guy said they didnt receive any CC application under my IC and name. Either the branch didnt submit to HQ, or in the middle of submitting, my application went no where. As promised, will investigate on that and reach me in 3-5 working days. |

For those that go to branch recently within kl selangor, what is the operating hours? Do they close early like 3pm?
I know each branch may be different, just want to ask. My area is setapak
