Yes...I've received few rounds  SMS es per cycle for past few months.
Even received call once when it's not even due date!
Caller said..."oh just friendly reminder ..don't want you to pay high interest in case you overlook payment"

Aiyo, I really dislike calls to chase for payments.. doh.gif

If cannot cancel the MasterCard, so mean can only enjoy 3 years free of charge on this card and in the 4th year need think how to swipe  the MasterCard 12x per year at retail shop.
Is it correct?

Yes. I believe online transactions are counted towards the 12 swipes too.

3 years later ... worry later.
By that time, the product may not even as attractive as currently advertised. sweat.gif

Something wrong with their reminder system? I have received three SMS-es today to remind me to pay. sweat.gif

I was thinking would this possible due to their system setting.
Before the current statement date, my statement date was on somewhere second week of the month, and reminder system usually sent during due soon on that time.

However, few months back, bank has totally changed my statement date to end of the month (could be all existing cardholder) without consent / message to notify customer.
I only noticed when I call them to find out.

By changing new statement date for me, not sure whether this is the result to affected their system for statement date option not up to date, therefore, we're now keep receiving reminder SMS although due date long way to go.

Just my thinking, unsure how bank working regarding this.

Don't think so. I received the reminder sms despite due date is 9 days away. Didn't request to change statement date.

Spotify's monthly subscription fee is fixed and I don't think Affin has cross border fees.
Cross border fees is 1% only if it has, not 5%. sweat.gif

Okok...I think I might mistaken it with the conversion charges. Checked the foreign rate thread and saw someone mention 5%. sweat.gif

"AFFIN investment" & AXA. Can we pay AFFIN CC via Maybank2u?

Use Interbank Fund Transfer; either IBG GIRO or DuitNow to Bank Account.

This may be off topic a bit. But I'm interested in the Affin VS card. Which way to apply is the best? I sent a form, but I feel like that will take a long time. Should I walk-in to apply? Even in this CMCO?
