razer fiuu payment gateway is sucks. happend to me also. payment say go thru but didnt. have to email back and forth. stupid allo should change to other payment gateway provider

So far I only see ALLO using their services

Hi, I stay in Butterworth, allo went down for almost 36 hours now...tried call even email to their service desk, they keep on telling me that they have escalate, nothing much they can do.....any other way to complain further? I'm having lost of signal (LOS blinking red light)....

No, I didn’t forward to mcmc, it took almost 3 days for them to bring up the service….i will change to other option once my contract ended….i have a very bad experience with allo, it went down almost every month!

I agree. Recently I noticed the service would go down during mybworking hours 2 or 3 times in a day. Sometimes, it's ablevto recover within 10 minutes. Other times I'm forced to reboot the modem.

Anyone at Cyberjaya, Cyber 10 area affected? Been down for close to 10 minutes.
EDIT: back up now. Forced to reboot my modem. Seems there's always an outage at 1pm, 4pm or 10pm on certain days of the week. Quite annoying.

 Been almost a month since Allo's cable was cut by a lori, tried to report through email...they ended up asking for personal info To be honest, I dont think anyone near my area is actually using Allo
