hi all, would like to check with you all, if I plan to use my own router, I just need to change the "WAN connection Type"? No PPPOE user name and password will be given by Allo, am I right? Anything that I miss out? Thank you.

Perhaps they are still new, lack of experience from their sc, but so far I have no complaints for the service, I’m subscribed to 300Mbps with only Rm109, satisfied with the package

Allo internet dead at my place, try to reboot the devices several times, doesn’t help, call SD but nobody pickup…

Allo down at my area, Butterworth penang, anyone experience the same? Down since 3:45pm....SC told me fiber issue, red light blinking at LOS (lost of signal) on Huawei device
