Am I the only one having high latency on this two games?

Genshin Impact(JP server):
Allo(Private IP)- 200ms++
Allo(Public IP)- 80ms++
TM- 80ms++
Time- 80ms++
Maxis- 80ms++

LOL(PC)(SG server):
Allo(Private IP)- 80ms++
Allo(Public IP) - 100ms++
TM- 20ms++
Time-10ms++
Maxis- 20ms++

really bad routing... my inlaw family almost sub to allo as well ...after told them bad routing, frequent downtime stayed with unifi ..not to promote unifi but their routing is way better than allo for now

Would you guys recommend getting Allo at all?
Seems like the routing and service are still lacking behind other mainstream ISPs

Depends on the requirement
For my old folks & my in-laws usage where they just need the internet for WhatsApp, Netflix, Disney Hotstar+ & YouTube, it's perfectly fine

I use allo cos no other choice. Took 500mbps package at cyber. So far so good. Gaming ping also ok. Comparable to using time Internet experience.

Where are you located ya. I'm at Cyberjaya, so far so good. But I only play Dota. So can't comment much.

you can try escalate to cfm or Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna (if you want to bulldoze your way)

The lesson here is, if you have Allo infrastructure coverage in your place, subscribe to Celcom or Maxis or Digi Fiber, not Allo's.

I already lodge a second complaint on MCMC last year but guess what? No one follows up at all.
