test speedtest got full speed but some page loading really slow and some page like Google and tik tok can't load at all

for anyone who has vpn try to connect it to your device, or install it on your router for device connected to wifi. it work well for me can visit every website smoothly

I decided to bite the bullet and subscribe to CityBB via their website. 24 months contract for 300Mbps.

A few minutes back I tried to access their main page and it's showing expired cert:

tmnut comes with a android box for their unifi tv service. does citybb have anything like that? there's even a dedicated iptv vlan that uses a separate broadband to fuel that (so it doesn't take away from your internet package speed).

what do they mean by extended until year end. is it that if u subscribe to this price it will permanently be this price? or are they planning to revert to an older higher price after a year?

they certainly have some very interesting plans like the RM199 1Gbps


but most people probably rather pay the lower plans like 100, 300 and 500.


i'm using 100mbps right now, i'm pretty ok with it as a casual user. just rather pay lower prices when possible

The promo is valid until December 31st, so until this year end, new subscribers are eligible to get the 100Mbps plan at RM89 with a 24 months contract, after 24 months will revert to actual price which is RM99.

I'm guessing the upload speed should be 300Mbps as well.

Anybody encounter like some certain website loading or download, it looks slow.

still i think for most people 100 mbps is sufficient for most things.

I think it's very unlikely he will tackle fibre speeds.
Current issue is with 5G and 4G coverage for data.

Things I'd like to see improved on fibre side is not speed but the reliability. Right now Allo is looking like the worst ISP in terms of support.

I just heard how bad allo is but to experience it is really boiled my blood. It took 5 days for them to rectify my internet issue and it turns out that they need to whitelist both mac address of router and onu. My experience of using unifi and time was never this bad. Any issue will resolve within 1 day. 5 days is really really bad
