How is the quality of this ya. My new place at Cyberjaya only got this and ViewQwest. I play steam alot. 2019 I use allo, 100% disaster. Hope by now they improve. Appreciate if anyone can share their experience

Do note ya, this is my experience in 2019, I'm here looking for some feedback from user if this situation improved after 3 years.

Packet loss, high pings for weeks, sudden disconnection, Internet down for 15 mins randomly throughout the day. Sometimes longer, need to call them and they konon2 reset the port. Just for it to happen again in a while. Not to mention their combo modem WiFi is utter joke. I actually left my old place due to this shit is the only provider available at the time.

Now is my own property, abit hard for me to move just because of the Internet, so ask around first to manage my expectation.

I use allo cos no other choice. Took 500mbps package at cyber. So far so good. Gaming ping also ok. Comparable to using time Internet experience.

Where are you located ya. I'm at Cyberjaya, so far so good. But I only play Dota. So can't comment much.

I'm actually using allo in Cyberjaya, but the ping for gaming is really shit. Any else encounter the same issue? 90ms with random packet loss 1-2%

Dota 2, steam server. Duno where it is routed to, maybe sg?
