Hi!. i'm new here and recently created this account just to talk about high ping i been dealing with allo internet almost a month. cuz i got it under astro and wondered if anyone else having high ping issue in genshin and apex (tokyo server because playing on console) and its extremely annoying to play at 200 ping all the time.

ALLO self-care app said my password has expired & I have to set a new password. Has anyone seen this before? I've only used ALLO for 2 months. 2 months have to change password d?

Or is this a bug?

Nevermind. Had to call their helpline in order to get a temporary password
Managed to login using the temporary password then change the password in the app

Anyone interested in participating in a broadband test cycle?

Only 1 slot is available for Allo subscribers. User will be required to perform some testing using a provided router/ device and upon completion, will be paid in cash + gets to keep the router/ device.

Woke up with very bad connection to certain site

Rebooted router to reconnect, now no internet after reboot

Same issue here in Ipoh

Reboot the router thinking it would solve the lag,.I was conpletely wrong
Tried rebooting the modem (BTU) too but still same issue until now

Received the same SMS in the post above, having issue to access to sites like Facebook, Google, YouTube, Github but no problem in accessing Twitter, Reddit, and Discord, this forum is loading slower than usual
