The payment feature on the new web/app is not available at the moment.
Need to pay via JomPay or at TNB counter/kiosk.

so they issue only private ip? for you guys who are on private ip, any impact to those cloud based security camera?

Anyone using Allo cannot access Genshin Impact? I tried with mobile data can login but once switch to wifi terus dapat 4206 error.

I subscribe another maxis fibre thru allo backbone, which is giving 6 months free, which i found very worthy to sign.

Hi guys, no wonder....do you think it's worth to pay the RM100 for the public IP? (only for CCTV, been using it for 2 years). Or I just switch to Maxis broadband as I saw someone using Maxis still managed to get free public IP recently, but I'm not sure, seems the networking infrastructure around my area belongs to Allo.

Yes can't access the CCTV anymore from outside.

One time payment, quite worth.
If you want free solution, get zerotier or some free vpn/cloud service.

Actually what I'm using is Astro Broaband, and the backbone is Allo. Just that I'm not really satisfied with Astro customer service and possibly will change to Allo or Maxis sooner or later. By doing that I'm pretty sure I will need to pay the one time fee again.

I will go and learn about Zerotier, thank you very much for sharing.

If seen, the public ip charge by Allo represented by Astro.

Regarding public IP, I am not sure whether Maxis can provide Public IP or not on the Allo infra.

if u really needs public ip, why not? since it is just one time charge.
but if me i will worry that the public ip is not 'dynamic' but static public ip. if static, you have the risk that once ur ip is blocked, u may have problem accessing to certain destination.

if cloud-based i think should be ok. meaning those login to their app or website using account kind...

but older type, i think needs public ip for uPnP?

Saw a post mentioning that Allo uses private IP. Can we request them to change to public IP?
