Fixed Public IP right? Not Dynamic Public IP?

No idea. Never restart since public IP. But should be dynamic as the registration form is mentioned.

Very straight forward
Submit my registration on 27 July, ALLO came and install on 1 August
Friday 5 August I drove to Ipoh, just cabut the original router and replaced it with ASUS RT-AX56U, pulled an Ethernet cable from the ground floor to the 1st floor (my in-law already prepared some piping inside the wall for this), connect another ASUS RT-AX56U on the 1st floor & done. Very easy setup. Both RT-AX56U running as MESH so we get full coverage all over the house

Done. Very fast setup

Internet speed, get 100Mb/s all over the house
Able to play UniFi TV (using the app) though loading times are a bit longer than playing UniFi TV on an actual UniFi connection

My in-laws is so happy, they binged watch movies until 3AM

Registration form? A form specifically to get Public IP?

After getting the public IP, so wished to upgrade to 300m+ and routerlol.

I was dilemma to apply this public IP.
Back to 1 year ago, i requested but rejected.
So i setup my NAS thru cloud so public IP is no longer needed.

After few consideration, i better take this offer fast as i afraid Allo CBB will retrieve this service.

Since i "paid" this, they cannot simply retrieve my service like TM unifi is doing, unless i am willing to terminate it.

Selfcare can login again now

I think both of us subscribe to 50mbps plan which is RM79/month but after the selfcare upgrade the plan is recognize as 50mbps@RM89/month.

I am using 50m@RM79, luckily no overcharge issue.

Where did you get this info? I can't seems to find it in selfcare protal.

Mine also 50Mbps but at RM69/month. I believe that after contract expires, should be 50Mpbs @ RM79/month

very early promotion in Ipoh area. Mine was last batch RM79@50m.

My installation was done on 1st August 2022, spoke to their helpline am I eligible for the promotion of 100Mb/s @ RM89, they said no because I submitted my registration for 100Mb/s @ RM99

Felt unfair because my contract started on 1 August 2022
