Anyone's fibre is having slow down speed today? Up speed is normal but ping and down is horrible (down 5mbps, up 100 mbps, ping 30ms)

Update at 9:45 AM, CS confirmed issues not resolved yet. No ETA. Aiyo have to work using mobile data so frus.

Anyone using Allo cannot access Genshin Impact? I tried with mobile data can login but once switch to wifi terus dapat 4206 error.
