Total 10 level of parking for Huni. SA said the design similar to Empire Shopping Gallery.

Heard visitor parking at roof.

Just pray hard got express ramp to get up faster.

For Tower B, there's sky bridge, directly connect to parking block.

Level 3 & 6 (near unit #12 lift lobby)
Level 4 & 7 (near unit #3A lift lobby)

My parking lot being allocated at level 4 though.

This weekend, if you stay within Petaling District, drive over to Empire Shopping Gallery in Subang. If the parking design suits you, then should be no issue. Else, can always feel free to rent from those at lower floor one 😊

Did anyone received this letter? How to make payment ya? My banker yet to provide me account no.

This letter is simply a certifying letter saying that architect has confirmed that property has finished a certain stage.

Normally you should get a separate letter from the developer requesting to pay any money owed for 1st billing to their housing development account, it's usually written like an invoice with due dates and account number + amount owed.

Usually billing letter will be sent within 2 to 3 weeks of a stage being completed. If you're not sure, call developer directly and ask when they sent/will send their billing letter.

u will received both letter from contractor and bank regarding payment

and bank will disbursement to contractor following the progressive stage list

you may update with ur banker. some banker will email / SMS

If SA Kevin one is final, then I'm more than happy, since my unit is located closer to gym/pool section. Save all the hassle of walking 🤣

Agak2 how long it takes for the other letters to arrive? Money parked in FD and shares. Loan at 85%, so gotta fork out 5% in addition to progressive interest 😅

Hi, I got an email too. Notice of force majeure event. From what I could gather from google. It’s like they clause in which they can delay the project without any penalty. I’m no expert in this subject though.

Would really appreciate anyone here that could maybe explain to us the possible consequences from our end.
