looks like mine started payment for bank charges (setup fee/process) RM 200
and account already disbursement 10% progressive fee and also MRTT..

payment due 4/5 for total amount payable RM 200 (setup fee / process)

i wonder how much will be 10% progressive fee charges.. around RM 100+ ?

ayam just assume from detail loan bank (CIMB)

due to received letter from contractor x loan bank , payment 10% (foundation)
Transaction on my loan bank disbursement 10%

Piling done for Tower A, then only proceed with Tower B or concurrently? I haven't see any email or receive letter. Money park elsewhere for now 😂

Good for Se.Ruang! Finally, official 😁 can also check the layout plan, number of units with 570 and 1000 sqft. Consider lucky for you since hardly any controversy surrounding the project over in Eco Sanctuary. No nonsense, just straight forward buy one like any other established property in the market.

For Huni, there's 1728 units in total. Therefore, don't understand why certain units in selected floors don't have HOC. SA's way of reply not satisfactory too. Lawyer macam have to comply with the SA's statement. Most awkward was some already signed earlier with HOC but eventually being informed not qualified (earlier posting in this thread). That's the issue we encounter, Huni @ Eco Ardence. Lack of transparency, if one look at it. What is so difficult to provide a logical explanation? I felt sorry for the SA, having to put up with lots of questions, yet being restricted with certain query.

Just hope for the best. Let others do the Q&A during VP.

Someone explain earlier in Se.Ruang thread, which for those studio units are defined as RSKU, Which means they may have MOT exemption due to first purchase status.
It's the same in Se.Ruang which all the studio units are exempted from HOC too.

Just happened to drop by sales gallery and chat with SA. Tower B piling almost done. Another 2-3 weeks as number of units per floor is 32 as compared to Tower A @ 22.

The flyover will be helpful, once ready. Direct connect to NKVE.

Just being optimistic, situation will not be the same in Q3 2023. After VP, not going to move in directly. Still have renovation up to 2024 😁

Upcoming projects that may potentially split the traffic from NKVE to elsewhere:
DASH (Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway) ~ 2021
WCE (West Coast Expressway) - tentative 2024 in stages

Later on, 28 Feb 2024 😂

Not sure if this helps, level 26, 27 and 28 (highest level) is some sort of premium level according to SA. So i think that is the reason why the extra 10k.

Huni Tower A, level 26-28 (Top 3 EcoWorld duduk-volvo ID challenge winners - interior designer unit, fully furnished) will cost extra RM60k, start from RM458k (fully booked in July 2020). No chance at all. Wonder why ...

During last year's launch, those unit in Tower B facing North East @ Ardence lab will be RM10k more, although one SA told me, they are not selling the view. Obviously, looking at maya park is better than another apartment block/car park 😅
