Got, there are artist drawings of the building inside the showroom, you can ask the sales person..quite nice 👍🏻.

They dont allow you to take photo though.

Oh i thought no chance for HOC..so now got hope ya.

Got la, in the show room, just go and see..quite nice..looks high end..pool got curve, gym facing pool with with full ceiling high window.

No definitely not..you go and see..quite nice actually..i also worry at first, but after saw that facade, then i decide to reserve one for me.

Btw SA told me developer will be applying HOC after they got APDL ie advertising permit & dev license..Buyer shud push for this promise..will save a lot up to rm10k i believe..

Anybody notice in the showhouse got floor skirting or not?

Ok i saw in the video there is floor skirting..thank god..some condo got tiles at the corridor but inside house got no floor skirting..even worse..
