Went to Huni sales gallery this afternoon. Block A mostly all sold out. Block B they started selling a few floors only. The salesperson told me this Saturday will open up a few more floors for tower B. Iirc, is level 20 something.

For tower A, the salesperson told me got 2 unit available in the highest floor. (31st iinm).

Any cons of getting the units on the highest floor in block A?

Hi, I got an email too. Notice of force majeure event. From what I could gather from google. It’s like they clause in which they can delay the project without any penalty. I’m no expert in this subject though.

Would really appreciate anyone here that could maybe explain to us the possible consequences from our end.
