If your unit is within the range of 393-400k, then it is a good deal for a 1,000 sqft with balcony and clubhouse facilities. As long as you can accept the density, cement corridor and nearby HTC, things are pretty okay. Interior wise, still reasonable. Not sure if you are able to reschedule the SPA signing date while not affecting the discount. Better check with SA. Stick to the date, just to be safe.

As for my case, I'm paying more than 20k for the same unit layout at different floor. That's why a little disappointed to learn of cement corridor. Other than that, we get semi-furnished, 4-tier security, 2 car park (min). Follow your heart and intention to purchase. EcoWorld always deliver beyond expectation. As this is a relatively new concept, duduk, not much visibility.

Same here. Hope the process will be smooth. HOC automatically entitle minimum 10% discount and save on MOT.

I signed my SPA today. They lawyer gave me another letter to sign @(HOC) letter. Basically, Eco World marked up the unit price as opposed to the actual selling price. Example: On that HOC letter showing Unit Price RM46xk, after discount of 12+%, selling price is RM40xk. Meaning? Does this mean that if Eco World got HOC approved for this Huni project. I wont get anything extra except for the Stamp-duty waived for MOT? Any idea how much will that be ya?

Secondly, how come maintenance fee they can inform “not decided”? That 0.25cent wasn’t listed in the SPA. The lawyer claimed that developer haven’t decide the $$$$ yet. Does it make sense? Is that normal?

1. Sight-seeing and booking
2. Sign LO
3. Sign SPA
4. Collect stamped SPA
