Applicable to all units in Huni? What if those who did not have HOC doc to sign?

Keep us updated, when you collect the CTC of SPA etc. Let us know if there is any HOC doc, as mentioned by SA.

Fyi, I am one of the buyer - Huni, being informed 1,000 sqft at mid floor unit, not qualified for HOC. No explanation at all.

On paper, the free gifts already completed. Last item was swapped with MerryKing USB ac/dc adapter. During online preview in mid 2020, it was smart switch x2. No comment about free stuffs, as developer have their right to change it.

According to on-site Aqara dealer, HSA Technologies, they were tasked to install certain items when the unit ready. Eg. related to aircond. Did not ask about lighting, as I was focused on the door lock 😅

I remember EcoWorld market duduk as a smart home-ready. To what extent these switches be installed still remain unknown. Can check out duduk's 1st YouTube durian video 😁

The offer is valid for duduk owner until end of this year. It will be delivered with one-time free installation (door lock) in early 2021. You may use it at existing home. Once Huni and Se.Ruang ready by end 2023 and VP obtained, may consider to move some of these gadgets over.

Based on price point, looks okay. There is a catch. Some sellers out there exclude installation fee from selling price (around 150-200). Other notable brand easily cost 2-3k. Eg. Yale, Bosch, Samsung, Philips, Panasonic etc

If you are okay with such arrangement, nothing wrong to give it a try. Can experience first hand, before deciding what to install for the new apartment. Personally, I would not move the door lock over. For gadgets, yes, as its easily replaceable. Plug & play 😁

Under HOC then suppose to have a 10% discount right? I just signed the SPA yesterday, at first the SA told me is under HOC but after 20 minutes they told me my unit not entitle HOC but after another 20 minute another SA told me is confimed under HOC.  The SA said the government verbally inform the HOC but no certificate and black and white.
Correct me if i'm wrong, i saw a discount 10% and then follow by 5% +RM4,000, is there any 10% discount when you guys sign the SPA?
