I book on June and everything went well and fast, sa keep telling as I got middle floor on block b, parking will be on lower or middle floor, when signing SPA, suddenly parking goes to 7th floor. Sa just told me parking allocation out of their hand. 🤬 Still proceed as I my wife ok with it.

I think parking assignment has been pre determined by developer..for example example those at high floors especially the ones with 3 parking got parking at levels with the connecting bridge, so easier for them to just drive to their parking then straight to lift to their house..and those at lower floors will get parking at higher levels.

I have emailed developer that I take note about the current issue that could cause delay in delivery of the project. However, since this may also affect the buyer as buyer will incur additional cost for interest payment, also prolonged rental of rented house, buyer may also observed our rights as stipulated in the SPA. Suggest you all do the same so that developer still commit its best to deliver as per SPA.

What do you all think of HUNI 570sqft? Planning for own stay first few years and maybe do rental in the future

Only concern is built quality. Hope they will not rush the main con. Besides, each unit have partial/full furnish. That will take another month or two.

For own stay, still okay. Rent out really depends on the service apartment final product/outcome (duduk is a new concept, no reference to fall back at all), maintenance, future development nearby, surrounding environment and the new rules (if any), set by JMB or MC.

It's serviced apartment with cement rendered corridor. That's rare to have both in current market.
