Again asked the SA, they said it's just an affordable serviced apartment, nothing extra. Apparently compared to other serviced apartment, the price is cheap for the size + parking. If anyone gets better answer, would like to know too out of curiosity haha
Duduk by EcoWorld offers a unique product - 1,000 sqft with balcony for all the units and a couple of 570sqft 1R1B (which is not available for purchase at the time of my visit). We get the basic clubhouse facilities without having to put in extras for games room, karaoke lounge, meeting/discussion room, and etc. Cannot imagine having between 40-60+ facilities. Maintenance fee will be a nightmare in the long run.
Besides, it comes with smart home features. Looking forward to add some gadgets into my unit. Hopefully, once this service apartment is ready, along with other phases (landed), TIME can extend their fibre optic coverage for Eco Ardence, similar to nearby Setia City, Setia Ecopark and Shah Alam. Eco Sanctuary, Twentyfive 7 and surrounding area of Teluk Panglima Garang already have the high speed internet service.
As for the cement flooring at corridor, hope it will be well-layered, light coloured and perhaps, polished. Otherwise, just treat it as an industrial design. We do expect tiles with at least 5ft width as a standard feature. It will be an unfortunate event should the project being positioned as another affordable apartment. Duduk is not the same as Eco Majestic's Harmoni. Karisma and Simfoni. SA did informed, there is RSKU at Eco Ardence, soon to be launched, known as Floria.
Huni D'Eco Ardence residence, especially Tower B, will need to accept three things:
1. High density, 32 units per floor
2. 10 level parking (there are 3 lifts, as per SA)
2. Nearby HTC (High Tension Cable)* or better known as national grid
*not a major concern as it comply with regulatory requirement, from distance point of view. Only a matter of "not so nice to see".
*no scientific evidence related to side effects, although I'm interested to know more.
*using mobile phone already exposed to this wave...
Ideally, both Huni and Se Ruang should serve as a reference point in future launches of duduk by EcoWorld. If these first phase already being painted unfavourably, doubt it can become a success story. Just look at SkyWorld's SkyAwani in KL. Their Rumah Wilayah concept (condo-like facilities), price (300k), quality (Qlassic certified) are value-added features. Already well-known among KLites and those residing or working in KL. I am sure EcoWorld will safeguard their brand since the early days of SP Setia, carefully built over the years, their solid reputation in the property industry and is a matter of maintain, if not improve further.
