This EcoWorld's duduk project, interior-wise is reasonable. Checked with SA, they have yet to commit on outdoor design, including the corridor, whether similar to Eco Majestic's Harmoni, Simfoni or Karisma. Better be good, else a downgrade to this "serviced apartment" at 133k more. Cement-rendered flooring at corridor usually associated with low cost flat/apartment or RUMAWIP. Do not think 393-457k (up to designer unit, L26-28), deserve such environment. One should feel good, being greeted with welcoming home kinda atmosphere, rather than being reminded of something budget in nature.

Now on a wait and see, intentionally reserve SPA at a later available session. Honestly, Taman Medan have better facilities at similar price point, just slightly smaller in size, ~900sqft.

Duduk by EcoWorld should pave the way as a strong future reference. Otherwise, buyers like myself will never ever put the trust to their high rise/vertical living concept ever again.

I ordered a unit at 30th floor tower B. SA told me my carpark is at level 8!!?? I thought higher floor should get lower carpark. Then SA told me that's different for ecoworld duduk. Is it ? 😓😞
