how to make the ram divider going 1:1? last time i oc'ed e8400, the ram automatically set to 1:1. only this time ii happen with 5:6.

that's becoz E8xx n Q6600 have different bus..
change the ram divider manually..

go for 1:1 divider if u have a good ram

Errr best go for 5:6 if have good ram so can run at optimal pl else pl will take a big hit

1:1 is recommended? Well for me, I just leave it unlinked and oc the freq seperately

izit my RAM dat really sucks hell ?
i can boot but will get BSOD within 5 minutes .

Currently running on 3.2GHz 1.4v BIOS (vdrop around 1.325v) 400x8 and 1:1 DRAM ratio after change ram to OCZ Reaper HPC 6400. So far so good now compare last time stuck at 3GHz when still using kingston value ram 667mhz

Don't dare to pump more voltage and go further, scare will degrade my proc' lifespan faster

im using BI P35,i cant find cpu voltage increment option(theres CPU VID,the increment is by mW,not comfirm is it this) & do this mobo enable me to change divider?using crucial ballistix 2.2v

hmm...still have no idea on how to change my divider,im on 800mhz Q6600 so its 2:3 ratio.

i try to adjust FSB strap to 400MHz and ram 724MHz. and edy get 1:1 divider.

need help here,i will have BSOD or fail prime test(hang once started).I run a cpu only test to show load cpu voltage.Even at this speed im running sometimes encounter BSOD when restarting.Even at 5-5-5-15 1.925vram at 1000mhz will fail prime test(hang once started) but no BSOD overfall usage.

vRam 2.1v now



still have no idea how to change divider on my BI P35,have an option ram speed try changing it 333/1066 but fail to startup at vRam 1.925v

u now running at 1066 ram..
normally 2.1v - 2.2v

up vmch abit...try up a little of vcore oso..

ur ram running at 710 i guess..stock vdimm will do

vmch is the north bridge chipset voltage?
