You just increase the fsb but u didnt increase the vcore, surely not enough juice for the proc n at the same time it might be the heat problem later on becos the more vcore u increase the more hotter it will be, n presently already 68c so be careful of your temp

I believe you're using Intel stock heatsink right?
This is what I did, following what's the guide provided.
At 1.35v, we can do 320x9, which is 2.88Ghz.
So I raise the voltage to 1.40v, and the FSB to 335x9, I get 3.01GHz.
But the proc will get hotter eventually, which is around 75'C +/-. shakehead.gif

I dont think u have to increase to 1.4v to get 3.01g, i think 1.3v will get u there, i still remember when i was using Q6600 i just set 1.325 to get 3.2g stable like a rock ( 400x8 ) n temp full load around 59c but my proc n heatsink both lapped.

Unlink the freq ratio for CPU to RAM.

My KVR limit is only 857, so for me to go higher freqs with my Q6600, I disable the link

Another method is to lower the fsb n increase the multiplier if it is not up to your maximun multiplier yet
